If you find yourself here, it is likely because you are in search of something - seeking answers, questioning the very essence of "who am I?"

 

What a beautiful place to be, within the depths of  beingness - embarking on a treasure hunt of self,love: Self-love.  Self-rediscovery.

You are a beautiful, unique expression of universe - source, and you are here to experisense and embody the essence of love in all expressioning forms.

You may be feeling slightly overwhelmed, anxious, uncertain, or doubtful; "thinking" that you are not quite sure where you stand in life or how to initiate the process of self-healing and love re-integration.

 

Or perhaps, you have reached a point in your quest where you are exploring and seeking new tools and methods to begin or enhance an existing Self-Love Practice, to cultivate balance, harmony, and the integration of heart-mind connection.

I too have walked a love-time in our shoes, in this shared existence- for we never walk this journey alone, although we can feel as if we are at times. Soulitute.

We are frienmaliy - a community of the uni-verse, love. Together we are here to quest-ion, growth and evol-ve self, love: consciously co-creating universal harmonious balance within self and humanity - collective self, love.

 

It all begins with self, love: source. Unfortunately, self-love: source is the one thing we often avoid, suppress or neglect the most. It is no wonder or surprise that we find ourselves feeling uncertain and lost, stuck and stagnant, tethered to an anchor of lackness.

Let us take a moment to pause - cease whatever you are doing! 

​

Direct your attention (your thoughts) to your breath - inhale deeply and slowly, allowing the breath to fill your belly, hold it for a moment, and then release. Now, take another breath; hold it, and release. One more time, please.

 

Slow down, don't rush it.

 

Now, shift your focus and intention to self-love. Take three more deep, slow breaths - each breath slower and deeper than the last. This time, close your eyes and witness how you feel and open your eyes when you feel ready - it is crucial not to rush. Wait for the intuitive moment, the ripe time!

 

Trust your instincts. Be guided, not reactive! Witness not judge. Be pulled - Trust!

 

As you settle into this state of self-love, begin to explore what it means to truly care for yourself.

What practices empowers you to connect with our inner wisdom and intuition?  

What real-ationships and connections uplift and support you?

Let the answer arise from within effortlessly and without MOTIVATION!

Listen closely to the whispers of your heart and the gentle nudges of your intuition – soul. They will guide you towards the practices and experisences that will nurture and rejuvenate you. Remember that self-love is not a destination but a continuous instantaneous spontaneous journey of perpetual re-falling in love with self-love: source. It requires patience, compassion, courage and an unwavering commitment to self. Be gentle with self as you navigate this path, knowing that growth and transformation take time.

In this moment of collective connection, we have opened the door to a uni-verse of infinite loveibilities. Lets  choose to prioritize well-beingness: growth and evol-ving self, love: recognizing and engaging with self-love is the foundation upon which we can build a fulfilling and authentic life.

As we delve deeply into our quest, love, we uncover aspects of self, love that have long been hidden or forgotten. Lets courageously confront past traumas or limiting beliefs that are unconsciously anchoring lackness of love. Instead, we will find strength and resilience within self, love: knowing that we have the strength to heal and transform, growth and evolve self-love.

In this space of love and healing, we will practice and learn to embrace our I'mperfections and celebrate our uniqueness and authenticity. Am-ness. We will let-go of the need, want and desire for external validation and instead cultivate a deeper sense of self-acceptance and self-worth.  Love.

We will learn to trust our intuition, soul, and follow our hearts-mind, knowing that love will guide us towards our truest purposefulness and passion – our gift, self.

 

As we continue this quest, let us remember to be kind and compassionate towards self. Let us practice self-care and self-compassion; nurturing soul. Let us surround self with loving influences and create a supportive environment that encourages and fosters growth and evol-ving self, love. Source.
