Should you receive an invitation to participate through interactive online platforms (like Zoom or Skype), you must adhere to the given instructions and access the link for the event within the specified time frames. Please be aware that if you join the interactive platform later than the allotted time, we reserve the right to deny you access.

Maintaining Respectful Behavior:

Should you be invited to participate via interactive platforms as part of an online events/ retreats/ workshops/ programs/ memberships/ products, you are expected to exhibit decent and respectful behavior toward the Facilitator, the support team, and all other participants involved.

We reserve the right to restrict access to any online events/ retreats/ workshops/ programs/ memberships/ products for individuals we determine to be in violation of these responsibilities.

Registration and Payment Requirements:

All participants must complete the online registration form and submit full payment to secure their spot in any online events/ retreats/ workshops/ programs/ memberships/ products. Payment options will be detailed during the registration process. Please note that failure to complete payment by the due date may result in the forfeiture of your spot in the program/product/service.

We reserve the right to restrict access to any online events/ retreats/ workshops/ programs/ memberships/ products for individuals we determine to be in violation of these responsibilities.

Online Retreats, Events, Workshops, and Programs:

In the event that you need to cancel your participation, please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

• Full Refund: If you cancel your registration up to 72 hours prior to the start of the online events/ retreats/ workshops/ programs/ memberships/ products, you will receive a full refund of the ticket fee.

​

• No Refunds After 72 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event’s start will not qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after this time frame.

​

• Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are non-transferable; you cannot sell, give away, or transfer your ticket to another individual.

We retain the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule any Online Retreat, Event, Workshop, or Program for any reason. Depending on the situation, we may offer refunds or credits for future events as deemed appropriate. Please note that if we cancel or delay an Online Retreat, Event, Workshop, or Program, we are not responsible for any lost wages, accommodation costs, travel expenses, cancellation fees, or any other costs you may incur related to your attempt to attend.

Annual Plans:
Automatic Renewal: Renewals for annual plans are processed automatically.
 

Cancellation and Refunds: If a renewal charge is applied to your credit card and you wish to cancel, you can request a cancellation and a refund within 14 days of the transaction.

In-Person Events:
If you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply:

 
      More than 21 Days Before: 75% refund.  
      20 to 8 Days Before: 25% refund.  
      7 Days or Less Before: No refund provided.
 
Medical Refunds: A full refund can be granted for medical reasons (with a valid medical certificate) if requested within 14 days after the event concludes. After this period, we reserve the right to decline any refund requests.

Calendar Days: The timeframes indicated above refer to calendar days and do not include the day of the event.

​

Non-Transferable Tickets: Please keep in mind that tickets are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be sold, given away, or otherwise transferred to another person.

​

Event Rights: We retain the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any event for any reason. In the event of a cancellation or delay, we are not liable for any lost wages, accommodation expenses, travel costs, cancellation fees, or any other expenses incurred related to your attempt to attend the event.

On-line Virtual Events Notice

• ​If you register for any events, workshops, programs, or retreats via the Website, note that these Terms and Conditions are in addition to any specific Terms and Conditions applicable to those Events.

• Participants are responsible and expected to attend all scheduled sessions and activities.

• If you are unable to attend a session, it is your responsibility to catch up on missed content.

Physical Events Notice

•  Attending any physical event or retreat organized by Nameless I Am or related entities will subject you to a separate set of Terms and Conditions in addition to these terms regarding the Website.

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety while attending the events/ workshops/ retreats/ programs/ memberships. If participating in any physical activities, participants should consult with a healthcare provider regarding their ability to participate safely. The organizers are not liable for any injuries sustained during the events/ workshops/ retreats/ programs/ products/ memberships.

Participation in any products/ services/ events/ workshops/ programs/ retreats/ memberships  is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another person. Participants must attend the Program in their own capacity.

By participating in our products/ services/ programs/ workshops/ retreats/ memberships, you consent to the capture of photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings during the sessions. You grant Thirsty Fish Creations/ Nameless-iam.com the right to use these materials for promotional purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform organizers prior to the start of the Program.
