Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy for Satsang Event We are committed to creating a supportive and enriching experience for all participants in our Satsang events. To ensure smooth operations and respect for all attendees, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your participation in the Satsang event, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. Cancellations can be made via email or phone. 2. Refund Policy: In cases where cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued. 3. Late Cancellations: If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the event, no refunds will be provided. This is to account for the preparation and resources already allocated for the event. 4. Rescheduling: If you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we can offer the option to reschedule your participation to a future Satsang event, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss this option. 5. No Shows: Participants who do not show up for the event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us maintain a positive experience for everyone involved.
