"My foundational thought process, for as long as I can remember was, "Thing's just don't workout for me, I am not enough." I always felt like I was too late for opportunities, weighed too much for anyone to take me serious. People always would say, "You have such an infectious smile." And, to be honest, I do. I like my smile. The problem is, it was the only thing about me that I liked.

 

Deep down inside of me was a pervasive sadness. I felt broken, disregarded, unwanted and unloved. I was living a sad life with an infectious smile. I didn't know how to fix it, change it, or what was really wrong. I had a few ideas, but nothing added up. I sat down to dinner with Chris one evening, he looked at me and said, "Until you learn to love and accept ALL of you, nothing about your life will change or get better. You have to love You." I started tearing up immediately. At my core I didn't love myself. And I couldn't imagine that I actually could. 

The last 18 month's have been transformational. Every ache of my heart, every rejection of my soul, every feeling; from lust to hatred has come to the surface. I've cried, craved, resented, been jealous and cried again. The journey for me started with a lot of self reflection and a lot of pain. But it has certainly been working for my good.

I'm learning honesty, firstly towards myself.  I realise now, if you can't be honest with yourself, you will never recognise it when it comes from another.

​

Chris has impacted my life profoundly. For the first time in my life, I'm deeply in love with my own possibilities. I know who I want to be, where I want to live, what I want to do and achieve and how I want to love and when I want to achieve it all...Now!

 

I'm actually in love with so much of who I'm becoming. Truth really does "Make Us Free"

Your programme will cause people to lose themselves so that they can find themselves; the truest and  most authentic version of self.

I'm still evolving and becoming. Still accepting and growing in my Self Love Practice while letting-go the things that no longer serve the greatest me.

 

One of the big things he taught me was, "As you clean out your attic, what's left is love, self." I'm still cleaning out my attic. It's a beautiful journey, towards me. A beautiful journey in my own direction. A beautiful journey to Love. A beautiful journey to a more beautiful me.

 

I Am Falling In Loving With Me - Finally!

I'm experiencing Gratitude for everything. The No's and the Yes's. Not so much the No's. But I'm getting there.

​

My relationship with God has gotten so much clearer and stronger. I have fallen in Love with Love and I'm feeling things I never knew existed within me.

 

I'm having a powerful experience and"beautiful" has become my favourite word. Love makes everything beautiful. 

​

I Love, Love! I love me.

​

So much of life is becoming beautiful to me. Love re-awakens you and brings to your attention so much you wouldn't have seen otherwise.
